Fux awarded the Nobel Prize for the coup – 10/25/2025 – Celso Rocha de Barros

The police proved that they and their accomplices knew they were safe.

In the investigation of the coup, irrefutable evidence was found that neither the Army audit nor the audit found. There is a message from Mauro Cid to another coup official saying in clear words: “Nothing…no evidence of fraud.”

How many Brazilians know that the police made this discovery?

I suspect few.

For this reason alone, there are still people saying that freedom of expression was attacked when he fought the coup: because many people think that the coup plotters sincerely believed that the election had been stolen.

This hypothesis of sincere belief in the stolen election also helps to give the impression that the elections were just irrational explosions, carried out without central command by citizens who, although mistaken, were exercising their right to protest and freedom of expression.

All lies.

There was a centralized effort at Palácio do Planalto to carry out a coup d’état, and the plan involved a disinformation offensive against democracy. The plan went wrong, and now the culprits are going to jail.

That’s why last week was important. Although it is a group with fewer celebrities, it is the group that led the disinformation effort about electronic voting machines during the coup attempt.

Four ministers from the First Panel of the STF, out of respect for the facts and deference to logic, convicted the accused.

he absolved them and was not content with repeating the shame that was. He decided that it was not enough to absolve the coup plotters, it was necessary to grant them Peace by analogy.

As always, Fux has already started treating as indisputable what the defendants’ defense was never able to prove: that each step of the coup project was completely independent of the others, a series of isolated acts that, in themselves, mean nothing. As if it were just an exercise of the constitutionally guaranteed freedom to end sentences with question marks.

But the peak of the performance was the comparison of Bolsonaro’s coup plotters with the Nobel Peace Prize winner who, get this, also contested the result of an election.

It doesn’t matter to Fux that the same experts who attested to the fairness of the Brazilian election have . After all, these are facts, and the divorce between Fux’s vote and the facts is extremely contentious.

In fact, based on the hermeneutics used by Fux in his defense of Jair’s coup plotters, it would be impossible to convict him of stealing the Venezuelan election. After all, no video has yet been found of the Venezuelan president personally tampering with data. There are no videos of each of the fraud participants saying “I’m changing these numbers because I want to install Maduro as dictator.” And, above all, there is no whistleblower like Mauro Cid to take the blame.

Fortunately, Fux lost. Whoever lied about the ballot boxes to attempt a coup in Brazil will be prosecuted. And if Nicolás’ house collapses, he already knows who to hire as a lawyer.
