In WhatsApp audios, a former chief of staff at , in the interior of São Paulo, talks about values and percentages that she would receive in return for parliamentary amendments sent to municipalities in the region. Amanda Servidoni (featured photo) is a member of the PL and works on a social project that has the state secretary of Women’s Policies, Valéria Bolsonaro (PL), as its “godmother”.
“He will spend 100k [mil] with the track, understand? With the… with the thing. And we’re giving 300 [mil]. Of these 300, I want at least 100, understand? I don’t want 10%, son. You don’t know how to do business. If he said he’s going to spend 100 on the road, he’s going to earn 200 and we’re going to earn 30?”, asks Amanda in one of the audios obtained by Metropolises.
To the Metropolises Amanda acknowledges that she is the author of the audios, but denies that she negotiated parliamentary amendments. “I have nothing to declare,” he said.
A person not identified by the report talks about similar values in a negotiation with Amanda for parliamentary amendments. The interlocutor mentions a “mayor” and a “deputy”, whose names were not mentioned.
“Amanda, good evening. That amendment must be aligned, it must be forwarded to the deputy there. I don’t know, there was a rush these days, the mayor was after parties, pilgrimage, a lot of commitment, you know? But if there’s anything new, something is missing… A letter was drawn up, R$300,000 was forwarded. You say hello, okay? Any news tomorrow, okay?”, said the interlocutor.
In conversations, Amanda says that R$100,000 is the price “to open doors” for forwarding resources to other municipalities.
Amanda Servidoni is president of the social project “Women for Faith”, which has Valéria Bolsonaro as godmother. Last Thursday (10/23), Valéria opened a political office in Rio Claro in the same location as the headquarters of the social project chaired by Amanda.

Amanda has held committee positions in various areas of Rio Claro’s municipal administration, with stints at the Health Department and the Municipal Health Fund. Her most recent position at city hall was as chief of staff to the vice-mayor. She was dismissed in January this year.
In a note, the secretariat stated that the report does not address anything that “is the responsibility of the department”.
“The Secretariat for Policies for Women has no relationship with the social project Mulheres pela Fé. Parliamentary amendments are matters of the Legislative Assembly, with payments made to city halls and institutions in accordance with administrative and legal rites. City halls have the autonomy to use resources obtained through amendments in the special transfer modality, with control bodies and the Court of Auditors being responsible for controlling and supervising the application of resources.”
Secretary Valéria Bolsonaro did not comment on her relationship with Amanda Servidoni until the publication of this report. The space remains open.
