Lucas Miedler misses third Vienna title

Vienna – Tennis doubles specialist Lucas Miedler missed his third Vienna and fifth Austrian title on the ATP tour. The 29-year-old from Lower Austria and his Portuguese partner Francisco Cabral had to admit defeat to the British Wimbledon winners Julian Cash/Lloyd Glasspool (GBR-2) 1:6.6:7(6) after 72 minutes in the final of the Erste Bank Open in the Stadthalle on Sunday. Miedler won the title with Alexander Erler last year.
