Digital influencer Aline Bardy Dutra, arrested on Saturday (25) after committing racial insults against police officers in Ribeirão Preto (SP), has been a member of the organization since 2022.
Known as “Esquerdogata”, she has more than 800 thousand followers on social networks and often publishes content in defense of the government and criticizing right-wing politicians, such as former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) and governor Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans).
According to the membership form to which the Panel had access, she joined the party on May 12, 2022 and has remained in the PT since then.
The influencer’s arrest occurred when she filmed the police approach in the city in the interior of São Paulo.
Among the insults hurled at two security agents, he said that police officers’ salaries are low, stated that his sandals would be worth their car, asked if they had ever been to Europe and declared that they did not know how to conjugate verbs.
Aline also stated that the PMs’ approach would lead to her being elected federal deputy.
In a statement, the influencer’s defense attributed the incident to a mixture of alcohol and prescription medication and said that she apologized for what happened. Aline was released after a custody hearing.
When contacted by the Panel, lawyer Douglas Marques declined to comment on his affiliation with the PT.
