Florianopolis – Julia Grabher from Vorarlberg won the WTA125 tournament in Florianopolis on Sunday and is returning to the top 100 of the world tennis rankings. The 29-year-old defeated 23-year-old Carole Monnet in the final of this highest Challenger category in 2:08 hours 3:6.6:4.6:0. The Frenchwoman had eliminated Viennese Sinja Kraus in the semifinals the day before with 2:6.7:5.6:4. Grabher moves up to 93rd place in the ranking. It was last in the top 100 in November 2023.
