When you want to prepare something quickly, it is worth making croissants from puff pastry. Their advantage is that, depending on what we want, we can make them salty or plain . Moreover, we can prepare them in just a moment. So this is a great option when we have unexpected guests.

Preparing quick croissants from puff pastry is really simple. If you want to make them in a sweet version and have a tasty snack with coffee, it is worth using the recipe below. But first we need to prepare the following ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry,
  • about 80 g of selected marmalade or sweet cream,
  • 1 yolk,
  • icing sugar,
  • optional: a handful of chopped nuts for decoration.
