The speech took place during a visit to Montes Claros, in the north of Minas Geraisfor the launch of Believe in the First Step programfrom the federal government, last Monday (27).

Kinca said that “we increasingly want, as our minister said, that we can, in the future, exchange our Work Card” and the minister adds: “For the Bolsa Família card, because we got out of poverty.” And the mayor concludes: “That’s our goal.”

“At the moment, when I said that our objective, that our president’s objective, is for the population to exchange their Work Card for the Bolsa Família card, the president wants the population to increasingly get jobs and no longer depend on the Bolsa Família card”, explained Kinca.
