Washington – The Trump administration in the USA wants to take in significantly fewer refugees and give preference to white South Africans. In the future, only a maximum of 7,500 people will be allowed to be admitted per year who are being persecuted in their home country because of their origin, religion or political opinion – most recently there were 125,000. This emerges from a notice that is available in the US commercial register.
