Hair lamination is a cosmetic procedure that involves covering the hair with a protective coating – smoothes, moisturizes and strengthens. It can be done both by a professional or at home. One of the products that allows you to achieve the effect of hair lamination is lamellar water.
Lamellar water is a cosmetic containing nutrients called lamellas. It contains proteins, which are the building blocks of hair, and substances with a moisturizing effect. Importantly, the effects are visible after the first use. The strands will become light and loose, creating a sheet effect. In the long run, lamellar water also allows for good hair regeneration. This product is effective because it contains very small particles (it has a water-like consistency) that penetrate the hair structure better.
In addition Despite the high content of nutrients, lamellar water does not make the hair greasy. It will be an ideal option for dry strands, as it provides them with deep hydration and fills any gaps in the strand structure. It can also eliminate the problem of frizzy hair.

Lamellar water is not difficult to distribute on the hair, but it is worth remembering several stages, thanks to which this cosmetic will have a chance to work as best as possible. Before using lamellar water, wash your hair thoroughly to remove impurities and excess sebum — it is worth using a slightly stronger shampoo that will allow for thorough cleansing. Then squeeze out excess water (but do not dry your hair). Depending on the length of your hair, you should measure the appropriate dose of the cosmetic – for long hair, approximately 30-40 ml should be enough.
The preparation should be applied a few centimeters above the roots, using zigzag movements. Then it should be thoroughly massaged into the strands. The cosmetic should be kept on the hair according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and then washed off with warm water.
Lamellar water can be used after each wash – but as the case ages, there will be no need for it. This cosmetic is especially intended for damaged, weakened, dry and dull hair. It can also be used to strengthen strands after lightening or coloring.
