Marechal Thaumaturgo City Hall signed two contracts this month to provide coffee breaks at official city events. Together, the agreements total R$176,013, an amount that will be used to purchase cakes, snacks, fruits, juices, coffees and other foods that make up the service.
The first contract, worth R$ 107,461.50, was signed with the company Natiele Castelo de Menezes (CNPJ 53.551.324/0001-84). The document provides for the registration of prices for the supply of coffee breaks, with a list of products that includes different types of cakes — such as cassava, chocolate, corn, pie, volcano and truffle — as well as brigadeiros, mini pizzas, mini hot dogs, dreams, sweet breads, fruits, cupcakes and breakfast and afternoon baskets.

The second contract, worth R$68,551.50, was signed with the company JMCB de Menezes (CNPJ 14.152.040/0001-63), also for the supply of food and drinks at municipal events. The document covers the delivery of pies, snacks, natural sandwiches, pizzas, bread, porridge, coffee and juices.
Both contracts were signed through In-Person Auction SRP No. 026/2025, based on Law No. 14,133/2021, which regulates public administration tenders and contracts. The documents were signed by Mayor Valdélio José do Nascimento Furtado, and are valid for 12 months and can be extended.

Payments, according to the contracts, will be made within 30 days after delivery of the products and proof of service, and subcontracting by contracted companies will not be permitted.
With these agreements, the municipal management intends to attend events and ceremonies promoted throughout the year, offering snacks and quick meals to participants.
