Tehran – In view of the acute water crisis and the dry period in Iran, the water supply is to be temporarily switched off in the evening hours until the morning, especially in the metropolis of Tehran. “We are forced to stop supplying water to the citizens on some evenings so that the storage tanks can fill up again,” explained Energy Minister Abbas Aliabadi, according to the Isna news agency.
