STF judges black kids accused of planning Moraes’ death – 11/11/2025 – Brasília Hoje

The (Supreme Federal Court) begins judging this Tuesday (11) the military personnel accused of acting in the attempted coup d’état against (PT) at the end of 2022. The nucleus is made up of nine military personnel and a federal police officer.

The majority of those denounced by the (Attorney General’s Office) are officers with training in special forces — the so-called .

The accusation divides the military core into three groups. The most troubled are military personnel accused of executing one of the minister on December 15, 2022.

The second group is made up of military personnel who, according to the PGR, would have acted to pressure the heads of the Armed Forces to support the coup plans proposed by the former president () and allies at Palácio do Alvorada.

The complaint highlights that a group of black kids met in a party room in a building in Brasília, on November 28, 2022, to develop strategies to pressure military leaders into supporting a coup d’état.

The first sessions (days 11 and 12) should be dedicated to reading Moraes’ report, at which time he explains how each stage of the criminal investigation took place until the trial, and to oral arguments — the Attorney General of the Republic, , will speak for the prosecution and, later, to ask for acquittal, the defense of each defendant. Only next week will the votes of the ministers be collected.
