Next Sunday (November 16, 2025) the Erste Wohnmesse will take place again in the Erste Campus near Vienna Central Station. 45 exhibitors, from property developers to financing service providers, are registered and 4,500 visitors are expected. This year, particular emphasis is placed on knowledge transfer and advice. Experts will speak on two stages about topics such as financing, insurance and energy efficiency; the current real estate market as well as the topics of buying and selling real estate and owning real estate will also be discussed.
