Passenger argues with motorbike rider after helmet doesn't fit because of hair volume

A video circulating on social media records a heated argument between a passenger and a motorbike rider after the helmet did not fit the woman’s head due to the volume of her hair. In the images, she claims to be a lawyer and insists that the professional should “find a way” to allow the trip, even without the proper use of safety equipment.

The motorbike rider, in turn, tries to explain that he could not start the race without the passenger using her helmet correctly, following basic safety rules and avoiding possible penalties.

The discussion quickly gained attention online, generating divided comments. While some internet users criticized the passenger’s posture, others pointed out the need for equipment adapted for different hair types. The case reignited debates about safety in app transport and mutual respect between passengers and professionals.

It is worth noting that, in Brazil, both the driver and the passenger are required to wear a helmet, and it is up to the motorcycle taxi driver/motorcycle driver (or motouber) to provide the appropriate equipment for those who are about to board.
