Washington – US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, who is under pressure over a second attack on an alleged drug boat, did not give an order to kill survivors, according to a US admiral. Admiral Frank M. Bradley told members of Congress responsible for military affairs that he had not received orders to “kill everyone,” said Republican Senator Tom Cotton and Democratic House Speaker Jim Himes.
