Brazilian deputy Glauber Braga occupied, in protest, the chair of the president of the Chamber of Deputies, in Brazil, refusing to leave his seat for around two hours. The parliamentarian ended up being forcibly removed by law enforcement agents, in a moment captured by several deputies and quickly publicized on social media.
The protest follows the process that could lead to the revocation of his mandate, following accusations of assault on a militant in April last year. In an unprecedented episode, the Chamber cut the television signal and removed journalists from the plenary, preventing coverage of the riots.
