Renting a Christmas tree at Castorama Polska is simple and convenient. Customers choose a specially marked, rooted tree in a pot in the store and can take it home for two or three weeks. Trees must be returned to the store no later than January 10. After the holiday season ends, the trees go to growers who replant them in the ground. Instead of a one-time decoration, a real benefit is created for the environment, each returned Christmas tree becomes part of the forest again.
The service is available throughout Poland. The trees can be found in the Garden section, and the principles of operation are the same in each location. Castorama focuses on trust and does not require a deposit. The process is simple and is intended to facilitate Christmas preparations and at the same time reduce unnecessary formalities. A Christmas tree at an affordable price
Renting a Christmas tree is also an economical solution. Customers only pay for the period that the tree actually stands in their home. The offer includes four species: Caucasian fir, Fraseri fir, Serbian spruce and Blue silver spruce. The rental cost ranges from PLN 45 to PLN 75 for a two-week option and from PLN 69 to PLN 110 for a three-week option, depending on the species and height of the tree. This is noticeably less than the cost of purchasing a live Christmas tree with similar parameters.
Detailed price list for available species:
- Caucasian Fir in a pot (120-150 cm) – it is the queen of Polish houses, distinguished by its density and durability. For a 2-week rental you will pay PLN 75, and for a 3-week option – PLN 110
- Fraseri fir in a pot (90–110 cm) – it is narrow and ideal for smaller apartments, and additionally has a citrus scent. The price for 2 weeks is PLN 50, while extension to 3 weeks costs PLN 75
- Serbian Spruce in a pot (90–110 cm) – it is a slender tree with an interesting, silvery color of needles on the underside. You can rent it for PLN 45 for 2 weeks. If you prefer a longer option (3 weeks), you will pay PLN 69
- Silver Blue Spruce in a pot (90–110 cm) – a classic with a noble, bluish color of needles. It is also a very economical choice: PLN 45 for 2 weeks or PLN 69 for 3 weeks
Take care of the tree and the environment
Christmas trees for rent are live plants that can continue to grow after the holidays, so proper care at home is very important. Trees require daily watering with a small amount of water (300-400 ml) and avoiding heat sources such as a radiator or fireplace. Before returning them, it is worth moving them to a cooler room (5-10 C°) for two to three days to avoid thermal shock. Thanks to this, the Christmas tree has a chance to come back in good condition and go back into the ground.
