The minister of Federal Supreme Court (STF), Alexandre de Moraesdetermined the immediate loss of the deputy’s mandate Carla Zambelliwho is imprisoned in Italy and on Wednesday (10) rejected the deputy’s impeachment. Moraes declared the Chamber’s decision null and void. Minister gave the President of the Chamber, Hugo Motta, 48 hours to comply with the decree.
