The PF (Federal Police) pointed out, in a report that supported the operation against deputies Sóstenes Cavalcante (PL-RJ) and Carlos Jordy (PL-RJ), that the two parliamentarians had diverted resources from the parliamentary quota for their “own benefit”.
According to the corporation, this would have occurred through “servants commissioned in the exercise of their functions”.
