The size of China’s economy in 2024 was revised downwards to 134.8 trillion yuan ($19.23 trillion) in nominal terms, after a final check, the country’s statistics office said on Friday.
The final gross domestic product was 101.8 billion yuan lower than preliminary data, the office said.
In July, the country’s state planner said China’s economy will exceed 140 trillion yuan by 2025.
