Lucas Ramon at São Paulo: how is the negotiation going?
In recent days, the Tricolor board officially informed Mirassol about the negotiations with the athlete and expressed their interest in counting on him in this transfer window, so that he can start the season wearing the São Paulo shirt. The early release, however, is still subject to an agreement between the clubs.
Mirassol demands financial compensation to release the full-back before the end of the contract. Given budget limitations, São Paulo is considering including a player in the negotiation as an alternative. The information was initially released by “ESPN”.
The expectation is that Lucas Ramon will sign a contract valid for two seasons. He arrives to compete for position with Cédric Soares and Maik, as the internal assessment is that, with the calendar full since the beginning of the year, the squad will need constant rotation. Maílton, who was part of the group, did not please coach Crespo and ended up being loaned to Fortaleza.
