According to information from witnesses, the driver of a silver Ford Ka was heading towards the center of the neighborhood towards a family gathering when he tried to make a left turn to access a farm. Diogo was traveling in the same direction, driving a black Honda NXR 125 Bros motorcycle, which allegedly began overtaking at the time of the maneuver, colliding with the side and wheel of the car.

With the impact, the vehicle’s bumper was torn off and the motorcyclist was thrown to the ground, leaving him unconscious. The victim suffered several bruises on his body and reported severe pain in his spine.

The Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) was called, and an advanced support ambulance provided first aid at the scene, taking Diogo to the Rio Branco Emergency Room, where he was admitted in a stable state of health.

After the accident, the owner of the motorcycle arrived at the scene, removed the vehicle by his own means and informed the driver of the car that each party would bear their own material losses.

Military Police from the Traffic Battalion were at the scene, isolated the area, monitored the forensic work and prepared the Traffic Accident Report (BAT). The breathalyzer test, carried out later at the hospital, showed a positive result for the motorcyclist.

The Ford Ka vehicle was removed by the driver himself to the farm.
