“Stranger Things”: creator shows cast watching final episode

The creator of the series Ross Duffer shared a new record this Friday (31) with part of the cast watching the last episode of the serieswhich will be released in Brazil at 22h, platform of streaming Netflix.

The moment happened in early December, in New York. One of the brothers who created the series took the opportunity to send a message to fans and said goodbye to production hours before the start of the series.

“I watched the final episode with the cast who were in New York for press a few weeks ago. It was an emotional and cathartic experience for all of us. Afterwards, as we stood together, I looked around at all the incredible artists — laughing, crying, supporting each other — and I felt so lucky that we have remained so close, united for these ten years,” he began.

“Although we have finished telling this story, we are now family, forever. We hope you all love the ending as much as we do. We are forever grateful for your support and care over the years, which allowed us to end this journey the way we always imagined. Sending love to you all,” he concluded.

The big goodbye of the series, “The Rightside Up”will be the longest of the entire season, with impressive 2 hours and 8 minutespromising to close the story with maximum intensity.

The fifth season takes place in the fall of 1987. Hawkins remains shaken by the opening of the portals, and the group comes together one last time for a single goal: find and kill Vecna (Jamie Campbell Bower). As the anniversary of Will’s disappearance (Noah Schnapp) approaches, a familiar threat resurfaces. The final battle approaches and, with it, an even more powerful and deadly darkness.

The final episode promises to conclude the journey of Onze (Millie Bobby Brown), Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin) and Will (Noah Schnapp), almost a decade after when we first met them.

Created by the Duffer brothers, “Stranger Things” follows a group of teenagers who face supernatural forces in the fictional town of Hawkins, in the 1980s.

Since its debut in 2016, the series has become a worldwide phenomenon, combining science fiction, horror and adventure with references to the classics of the time.
