Detlef Barckow is pretty angry. The 89-year-old Berliner broke his leg in a fall on the slippery sidewalk. He has no kind words to say about Berlin Mayor Kai Wegner (CDU). “The mayor swore with his oath of office to keep the citizens away from harm. That really annoyed me,” says Barckow in the Berliner Daily Mirror.
