Tehran/Washington – In view of the impending threat of war, Iran says it wants to start new talks with the USA on Friday in the Omani capital Muscat. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the United States was ready for dialogue with Iran and that US special envoy Steve Witkoff was ready to meet on Friday.
