The rapporteur of the process at the (Superior Military Court) that could lead to the loss of (PL)’s rank notified the former president this Tuesday (10) and gave him 10 days to present his defense to the court.

The trial date will be set by the president of the STM, Maria Elizabeth Rocha, only after the vote has been prepared by the rapporteur and the process has been returned by the reviewer.
