During the morning of this Tuesday, February 10th, the recruits of the ‘1st Company’ were challenged to perform some marching exercises, in the presence of Instructor Marques.
At one point, and after having made one of the steps wrong, Noélia Pereira decided to express her frustration out loud.
“I immediately blocked it, as soon as I get here I have to move forward”he reacted, while his superior was speaking.
Faced with the recruit’s observation, Instructor Marques decided to react and ended up giving ‘advice’ to Noélia Pereira.
“You have a problem, Noélia. You talk a lot and do little. You have to be quieter, in the weight of silence. Did you hear what I said? That’s when we discover the strength we need to move forward. So, don’t talk, don’t externalize”he said.
