Trump says Delcy is doing a great job and mentions oil companies going to Venezuela

The President of the United States (USA), Donald Trump, stated this Friday (13) that he has a very good relationship with the President of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, who said she was doing a great jobwith “grade 10”. In a statement to reporters, he said that companies in the oil sector are moving to operate in the South American country.

When asked whether he would be considering ground attacks in Mexico, Colombia and VenezuelaTrump responded: “Don’t worry about it.”

Asked about recent maritime military movements in the vicinity of Iran, Trump replied that they would be necessary if an agreement with Tehran was not reached. Iranians “will need this”, he pointed out. In case of a hit, he indicated that the aircraft carriers will leave the region “soon”.

Regarding negotiations with Russia and Ukraine, the Republican showed optimistic about the possibilities of reaching an agreementand that Moscow would be interested, but said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky “will have to move” so as not to miss a “great opportunity”.

Trump said he was negotiating with the Europeans over Greenland, and indicated that he has great relationship with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
