A woman was seriously injured this Sunday at the hands of her ex-partner, in Ibiza. According to the information provided by the Civil Guard, the alleged sexist aggression occurred this Sunday morning in Sant Antoni de Portmany.

The victim is Spanish, 31 years old, and was admitted to the ICU of the Can Misses Hospital at 11:18 a.m. in critical condition with head trauma.

Later, at 3:15 p.m., she was transferred to the Nuestra Señora del Rosario Polyclinic, as reported to the Pitiusa Health Area.

The president of the Government, Marga Prohens, has condemned the attack and in a message on social networks collected by Europa Press, she has called for zero tolerance for any form of violence against women.
