In the Signa case, the investigators have a lot of balls in the air; they are dealing with more than a dozen procedural strands. Most recently, the (still appealable) decision of a Geneva arbitration tribunal in favor of the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala attracted attention. The arbitrators ordered that the Laura Private Foundation had to pay 700 million euros.
