On Monday (23), envelopes will be delivered to companies interested in building the set of office buildings in the center of . The papers will be deposited, in person and online, at B3’s headquarters and digital platform by 11 am. On Thursday (26), there will be an auction of the project, with the presence of Tarcísio and secretaries.
The investment of R$6 billion involves the construction of seven buildings and ten towers in the Campos Elíseos region. The structure will house the governor’s office, secretariats and state agencies, currently occupying more than 40 addresses in the city.
The new center will house around 22 thousand servers and will have a theater, auditoriums and multipurpose rooms, among other spaces.
The project also foresees the restoration of 17 listed properties and the expansion of more than 40% of the green areas of Princesa Isabel Park. There will also be 25 thousand m² for commerce and services.
The estimate is that 38 thousand jobs will be created during the works and 2,800 in local commerce and services.
The concession will be carried out through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP), with a 30-year contract.
The judging criterion will be the largest discount on the maximum monthly public consideration, set at R$76.6 million.
