A must investigate the possible connection between one of the servants of the ministers of the (Supreme Federal Court) and a former member of the Federal Revenue in the management of (PL).

Investigators, however, are suspicious of this version presented by the tax auditor and believe it is necessary to clarify whether, in fact, Mansano had any type of joint action with Feitosa. To this end, the investigation must include breaking the server’s telephone and tax confidentiality, to also find out whether he received money after accessing Guiomar’s data.

Feitosa’s lawyer says that his client has no relationship with the facts investigated within the scope of the STF investigation and that he did not ask or authorize the auditor to access his or his relatives’ tax data at any time.

Mansano’s defense states that he is a “professional with an unblemished reputation who, over years of work with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, has never responded to any functional absence.” When asked about her client’s relationship with Feitosa, she did not comment and said that a new position will be released when she obtains full access to the accusations and the respective investigation elements.

The PF is also investigating whether there is a connection between the president of Unafisco (National Association of Tax Auditors of the Federal Revenue of Brazil), Kleber Cabral, and Feitosa. The representative of part of the IRS auditors gave testimony this Friday (20). Publicly, he stated that he saw exaggerations in Alexandre de Moraes’ decision and defended Mansano.

The entity’s president has publicly criticized the STF’s decisions on suspected data leaks from court ministers. In interviews, Cabral stated that one of the auditors allegedly involved was the target of a “false positive” by the court. He also said that the case was being treated disproportionately.

Last Tuesday, the PF carried out four search and seizure warrants in , and , in an investigation investigating possible leaks of Revenue data involving STF ministers and their relatives.

In addition to Mansano, the targets of the operation were Luiz Antônio Martins Nunes (a server at Serpro, a state-owned data processing company, which was assigned to the tax authorities), Luciano Pery Santos Nascimento and Ruth Machado dos Santos.
