Painful experience with cancer, Zuzana Vačková on a death in the family: She died within a few months!

Actress, presenter and influencer Zuzana Vačková (57) heard shocking words from the doctor after a colonoscopy last year. It turned out that she had a malignant tumor in her body, even though she was not suffering from any symptoms of oncological disease. In the show, she spoke openly about how she reacted to the diagnosis, which gives goosebumps.

Vačková went under the knife last year in July. During the operation, doctors removed part of her intestine. Shortly before Christmas, she announced positive news on the social network. She had a check-up and the results were good. In the aforementioned interview, she returned to the day when her life turned upside down.

“When the doctor told me that one of the polyps that was removed from me as part of the colonoscopy examination came out in the laboratory as a malignant tumor, I had to connect the dots in my head malignant tumor, is it actually cancer?‘,“ said Vačková.

It was crazy to realize that, she said. “And I immediately realized that I have no idea what awaits me next, how it will develop, what it is, what stage I am in, what the treatment procedures will be,” the popular actress confided.

“I thought, well, I’ll go to the doctor, he’ll tell me surgery, chemotherapy, hair down, maybe half a year, maybe a year of treatment, we’ll see where it goes, whether it’s too aggressive a tumor or not so aggressive. How long will I be here?” she asked herself perhaps the most painful question.

She already had experience with cancer in the family. An insidious disease also deprived her of her beloved mother. Vačková knew that the disease could have a very rapid course. “Some people who are diagnosed with cancer of, I don’t know, pancreas, or my sister-in-law was diagnosed with lung cancer and she actually only got out of the hospital twice for about two hours and died within two or three months.” she spoke openly about a difficult topic.

At first, crazy questions swirled in her head, but according to her own words, Vačková is not one of those people who drown in their troubles. “I’m the type of person that I don’t try to solve things that I can’t influence somehow in my soul. So, when I waited two weeks for a meeting with a doctor who would give me answers to these questions of mine, I slept relatively well,” surprised Zuzana Vačková, who told herself that the dice had already been cast.

“When you stress, you will only worsen your psychological comfort and bodily functions. We know that many diseases arise precisely because we stress. So I said to myself, okay, calm down. Start healing. Calm down, take it as it is. Eat healthy, be kind to yourself and it will all work out“, she described how she faced a difficult life situation.
