Through the 8th BPM, the drug was seized during routine patrol in the Bom Sucesso neighborhood, in Sena Madureira on Sunday night (22). The incident was recorded on Rua Florentino Moreno and resulted in a teenager being taken to the police station.
According to information from the GIRO team, the police saw the minor in a suspicious attitude, appearing to have an object in his pocket. Given the situation, an approach and personal search were carried out, when the military found approximately 102 grams of cocaine.

After the finding, the teenager was given a voice of concern, who was taken to the police station along with the seized material for the appropriate legal procedures.
The action is part of the overt policing activities carried out by the battalion, with a focus on combating drug trafficking and preventing crimes in the region.
