The second phase of Brazil Cup 2026 starts this Tuesday (24).
The stage brings together the 14 classified from the initial phase and another 74 clubs best positioned in the National Club Ranking (RNC) among those that guaranteed a place through the state championships.
According to article 12 of the regulations, matches already defined by draw will be decided in a single game.
From the 5th to the 8th phase — which includes round of 16, quarterfinals and semifinals — the duels will be played in round-trip matches.
The 2026 edition will be the largest in history, with 126 participants. Therefore, it has more phases. The first brought together the 28 clubs with the worst position in the league rankings.
