A man fleeing police was discovered inside a trash can moments before being dumped into a collection truck in Huber Heights.
After escaping a STOP operation, the suspect hid in a container on the street. The plan failed when a collector opened the crate, came across the man inside and immediately alerted the agents, who were already nearby.
The suspect was quickly detained by local police. The case was reported by ABC, which reports that authorities gave him the ironic nickname “Oscar the Grouch.”
