Minister André Mendonça, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), had already authorized the breaking of the banking, telematics and tax secrecy of Fábio Luis Lula da Silva, known as “Lulinha”, son of President Lula (PT), before the request from the CPMI of the INSS, approved this Thursday (26).
The decision was made last month, even before what was approved by the INSS CPMI this Thursday. The magistrate accepted a request from the Federal Police, which is investigating whether the businessman is involved in INSS fraud.
