Governor Gladson Camelí once again spoke about the alliance between the government base and those in favor of the pre-candidacy of vice-governor Mailza Assis, during the inauguration of more than 700 new Education employees, this Friday (27).
The two groups have been in coordination for some time. Gladson stated that there is a 90% chance of the party joining Mailza’s base.
“I have tried to be the biggest democrat possible. Mailza is my candidate, as everyone knows. She is the government’s candidate. So, we are structuring. There are, yes, great possibilities of the PL being with us. Big ones, I’m not talking big 20%, no; I’m talking around 90% for me, here, of being walking with us, just like there are other parties”, stated the governor.

Gladson understands that this moment of articulation is a kind of “chess game”.
“Now, it will be playing chess until the convention. It’s a game of chess. You go to sleep with X parties accompanying you; when you wake up, you don’t know if you will be with the same parties”, he concluded.
If the PL seals this alliance with the PP, Márcio Bittar will be the group’s second name in the Senate race.
