A man was arrested this Monday (2), suspected of killing and mistreating more than 100 animals during live broadcasts on a digital platform. He was detained in Fortaleza, Ceará.
According to Noad (Digital Observation and Analysis Center), from the São Paulo Public Security Secretariat, the investigation began by monitoring online networks and platforms.
During the investigation, through the information it was possible to identify one of the members, identified as responsible for disseminating images of mistreatment.
In addition to crimes against animals, investigations continue to identify other people involved and possible victims.
The intelligence report was forwarded to the 1st Police District of Mauá, which represented the temporary arrest of the suspect and a search and seizure warrant.
