The 2026 Paulista Championship final has been defined. Palmeiras and Novorizontino will compete for the state trophy after eliminating their rivals in the semifinals held over the weekend. The alviverde team passed Sao Paulo, while the interior team beat Corinthians.
Unlike the quarter-finals and semi-finals, which are decided in a single game, the final will be played in two matches, with round-trip matches. The team with the best campaign, combining the first phase and knockout stages, has the right to decide the title at home.

The first clash will be led by Palmeiras and is scheduled for next Wednesday (4), at 9:30 pm (Brasília time), in Barueri. The return game takes place on Sunday (8), at 8:30 pm, when the state champion will be announced.
