The Military Police of Ceará, through teams from the Intensive and Overt Actions Rondas Policing Command (CPRAIO), arrested, last Saturday (28), a 19-year-old man in the rural area of the municipality of Mombaça, after reporting a home invasion and attempted sexual violence.
According to the complaint, the suspect had broken into the home of a hearing-impaired woman and attempted to .
They went to the indicated location and received information that neighboring residents and the victim’s family were trying to attack him.
According to police information and videos provided to authorities, the man ran out of the victim’s residence, naked and then fled.
Investigations were carried out on the street where the incident was recorded and the team managed to locate the suspect in a family member’s house.
Witnesses and the suspect were taken to the Senador Pompeu Civil Police Station for appropriate procedures. The man was arrested in an investigation for the crime of rape.
