The federal deputy (PL-MG) used a jet linked to the owner of , , to campaign for the then president (PL) in the second round of .

Representative Nikolas Ferreira said, in a statement, that he was invited to participate in the Youth for Brazil caravan, for which “an aircraft was made available for travel.”
“At the time, I had no knowledge of who owned the plane. My presence on the flight was solely due to the invitation to the campaign agenda, without any personal, commercial or institutional link with the owner of the aircraft, who later became known to be Daniel Vorcaro”, he stated.
“In 2022, the name mentioned was not public knowledge, nor was there any information that would raise any type of alert,” he said.
“Even if there was an attempt to identify the owner of the aircraft at that time, there was no element that indicated an irregular situation or that justified questioning”, he concluded.
At the time, Nikolas was a councilor in Belo Horizonte and had just finished that year.
Daniel Vorcaro’s defense stated that the plane does not belong to the banker.
Prime You, the trade name of Prime Aviation, reported that “Daniel Vorcaro was not and is not the owner of the aircraft, nor is he the owner of any executive jets in the company’s portfolio.”
“The aforementioned aircraft operates — and was already operating in October 2022 — under the regular air taxi regime, with charter flights carried out in the traditional market format. It is, therefore, a charter operation, without any corporate or patrimonial link between users of the service and the aircraft”, he added.
The company stated that it does not disclose information regarding customers, passengers or destinations and that “Daniel Vorcaro ceased to be a partner in the company in September 2025, having previously held a minority stake, without a controlling position.”
“The attempt to link Daniel Vorcaro to the company’s current corporate structure, nor to the ownership of assets unduly attributed to him, including property located in Brasília”, concluded.
On the flights, the deputy was accompanied by pastor Guilherme Batista, linked to the Lagoinha Baptist Church. When contacted, he did not respond to questions.
The revelation led deputies Lindbergh Farias (PT-RJ) and Rogério Correia (PT-MG) to file an electoral criminal representation to investigate a possible electoral crime. The representation was presented to the Electoral Attorney General’s Office, which works with the TSE (Superior Electoral Court).
For PT parliamentarians, the use of the plane “exposes a pattern of politics at the service of private interests, in which high-cost privileges enter through the back door to boost campaigns, build power and then pose as ‘moral champions’ on the networks.”
Nikolas attends the Lagoinha Baptist Church. Vorcaro’s brother-in-law, Fabiano Zettel, was a pastor of the denomination, after an operation against the Master. Nathalia Vorcaro, Zettel’s wife, is also linked to Lagoinha.
