New year, new job? Women in Austria probably had this thought more often this year. The willingness to change increased slightly at the beginning of the year – from 42 to 45 percent. This is the result of the “Willingness to Change Study 2026” by the career platform Xing. Around 1,000 local employees took part in the online survey by the opinion research institute Forsa.
