New York – Former Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein will be back in court in New York from April. Judge Curtis Farber decided at a court in New York that a charge on which the jury was unable to reach agreement in the previous trial should be retried from April 14th. The 73-year-old was sentenced to 23 years in prison in 2020 for rape and criminal sexual acts.
