Businessman met the STF minister at least twice in 2025; Viviane Barci’s name is also mentioned in the dialogues
Messages intercepted by the Federal Police on the cell phone of Daniel Vorcaro, founder of Banco Master, reveal a level of intimacy between the banker and the minister of the STF (Supreme Federal Court) Alexandre de Moraes.
The dialogues between Vorcaro and his girlfriend, model Martha Graeff, detail meetings in private locations, including the businessman’s residence. The messages, to which the Poder360 had access, they were on Vorcaro’s cell phone, seized by the corporation in Operation Compliance Zero.
The messages that quote the minister date from March and April 2025, a period in which Banco Master was already in place (Banco de Brasília) and was also facing a behind-the-scenes dispute with André Esteves, owner of BTG Pactual.
On April 19, 2025, a Saturday, Vorcaro informs Martha about a meeting with Moraes.
“I’m going to meet Alexandre Moraes here close to home”wrote Vorcaro at 5:22 p.m. Martha questions whether the minister was in the city of Campos do Jordão, or whether he had traveled specifically to see the businessman: “What do you mean, love. Is he in Campos???? Or was he to see you?”. Vorcaro responds: “He’s on holiday”.
Ten days later, on April 29, 2025, Vorcaro mentions the minister again. In a sequence of messages and video calls, Vorcaro confirms that Moraes was at his residence.
After a video call, Martha asks about the identity of a person she saw during the call: “Who was the first guy?”. Vorcaro’s answer responds: “Alexandre Moraes”.
Next, Martha says: “I died. He liked the house, love!?? It’s much more cheerful”. Vorcaro responds: “Yes. He said it was much better. And he loved the apartment.” Martha says next: “He said it to please you. What a shame I was in pajamas”.
There are other mentions of the name “Alexandre” in the banker’s dialogues. On August 8, Martha asks: “Will you be able to make it today?”. Vorcaro responds: “I’m meeting with Ciro and I have a meeting later with Ciro”. It is not clear whether, on this occasion, the man in question was Alexandre de Moraes.
On March 20, there is also a mention of the same name. Martha says: “Baby, I’m going to sleep. Text me when you’re done”. And he asks: “Do you have people there? Or are you ignoring me on purpose?” Vorcaro responds: “Yes, I am, Hugo and Ciro ended up here to talk to Alexandre. It shouldn’t take long. But if you go to sleep, I’ll go out and call you”.
On November 17, the Central Bank decreed the extrajudicial liquidation of Banco Master. At the same time, the company’s partners became the target of an investigation by the Federal Police to investigate possible fraud in the financial system.
VIVIANE BARCI
The messages on Vorcaro’s cell phone also came from Moraes, Viviane Barci. On April 3, 2025, Martha says: “Oh love, now I was reading Viviane Barci’s business”. Vorcaro responds: “Love, let me ask you, don’t read these things”.
On the same day, journalist Malu Gaspar, from the newspaper The Globerevealed that the Master had hired the lawyer’s office, Barci de Moraes, to represent the financial institution in the purchase process by BRB (Banco de Brasília).
The contract between the lawyer and the Master was never disclosed in full. Partial data was published by journalist Malu Gaspar on December 9. Viviane and the Master never challenged it.
The information is that the lawyer’s office gained strength due to her hiring by the bank. Your fees would be R$3,646,529.77 per month, for 36 months. The combined total is R$ 131,275,071.72 at the end of the service provision.
On December 23, 2025, Moraes’ office declared that Viviane Barci de Moraes’ law firm never participated in the sale of Master bank to BRB.
