Austrian Post announced on Friday the closing of its acquisition of 70 percent of the Bulgarian e-commerce company euShipments.com AD. The purchase price is 55 million euros, and the post office also has an option to acquire the remaining 30 percent within the next four years. According to the listed and partially state-owned company, the purchase will strengthen its position as an integrated e-commerce service provider in a rapidly growing region.
