The war between Israel and the United States against Iran entered its eighth day this Saturday, marked by a new phase of the Israeli offensive against Tehran and also against Hezbollah in Lebanon.

The head of Iran’s Judiciary stated this Saturday (7) that the The Islamic Republic will continue to attack neighboring nations in the region that offer its enemies “points used in aggressions against our country.”

“Evidence from Iran’s military shows that the geography of some countries in the region is, openly and covertly, at the disposal of the enemy“, said Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei, who is also a member of the interim leadership council.

Earlier, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian apologized to neighboring Gulf countries, including many that host American bases, and promised there would be no more projectile launches against these nations, “except in the case of an attack against Iran from these territories.”

The war between Israel and the United States against Iran entered its eighth day this Saturday, marked by a new phase of the Israeli offensive against Tehran and also against Hezbollah in Lebanon. Iran has promised that it will not surrender to United States nor Israel after one of the most intense waves of Israeli attacks since the start of the war a week ago.

Among the targets were a military academy, an underground command center and a missile depot. Another target of the bombings was Mehrabad international airport, one of two in the Iranian capital, which suffered a major fire.

Israel simultaneously bombed several Hezbollah targets in southern and eastern Lebanon. The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced a death toll of 16 from Saturday’s attacks.

On the eighth day of the conflict, Pezeshkian adopted a defiant tone towards Donald Trump, who on Friday, the 6th, demanded Tehran’s “unconditional surrender” to end the war.

“Enemies will take to the grave their desire for the Iranian people to surrender,” Pezeshkian said in a televised speech.

Explosions in Jerusalem

This Saturday, sirens and explosions were heard in Jerusalem and in Gulf cities such as Dubai, Manama and Riyadh, where Saudi defenses intercepted missiles aimed at an air base with American military personnel.

Dubai airport, the one with the largest international traffic in the world, suspended its operations for a few minutes, but shortly afterwards partially resumed flights after an interception of Iranian projectiles.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard said on Saturday that it attacked with a Drone an oil tanker trying to cross the strategic passage that gives access to the Persian Gulf.
