A Federal Police seized three cell phones with the , upon complying with the court warrants issued by Minister André Mendonça, of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), last Wednesday (4) and arresting the banker for second time.
These cell phones will be placed alongside other devices seized since the first arrest of it, in November 2025, and will undergo forensic examination.
The contents are still being analyzed and it is still unclear whether the files are more relevant than those found on the cell phone he was using when he was arrested for the first time.
Vorcaro was first arrested on November 17, 2025 when trying to board at Guarulhos Airport (SP) to Dubai.
He said he was going to do business with investors, but the PF points out that it was a subterfuge to escape on a jet to Malta because he knew there was an arrest warrant. Vorcaro was released 12 days later, with electronic ankle bracelet.
The businessman was arrested again after the PF, when analyzing messages exchanged by him on chat applications, discovered evidence that the owner of Master ordered the invasion of the Federal Public Ministry’s computer systems.
The objective was to obtain copies of confidential documents from investigations against him, in addition to requesting monitoring from opponents and even .
In a note released this Saturday (7), Vorcaro’s defense demanded access to raw data from the device to carry out an independent examination.
For the banker’s lawyers, the request, presented on February 16, gained “special relevance” after the disclosure of his conversations. Among them, one with the minister Alexandre de Moraesdo STF.
“The objective is to allow independent analysis by a defense technical assistant, as provided for in procedural legislation, ensuring that digital evidence is examined with transparency, integrity and respect for due legal process, including to assess the legality of the procedures used to obtain this evidence”, he highlighted.
