The coach left aside the emotional issue of facing his former club and focused on the technical and physical aspects. For him, the key will be to recover the players and prepare them in the best way to face an “excellent team”.
“It will be a normal preparation for Flamengo. We will have to recover our players tomorrow, activate those who played less and prepare a competitive team, which is capable of controlling the game, being dominant. On the other side they have an excellent team, they had good results against Flamengo last year, I hope to break that”, stated the coach.
