On Sunday night, Israel’s army carried out attacks against more than 30 Iranian oil industry facilities that are said to serve the military. At least four facilities were hit in and around Tehran: an oil depot in the northeastern district of Aqdasieh, the Shahran facility in the north of the city, another depot in Karaj to the west and the large Tehran refinery. The latter processes around 225,000 barrels of crude oil daily and produces, among other things, liquid gas, gasoline and sulfur products.
